Registration Steps
1. Complete Registration
Please complete the application for the program that you are interested in. Please note that completing registration information does not guarantee enrollment of your child into our programs. We currently do have a waiting list, so please make sure to call or email before submitting an application.

Seattle Preschool Program enrollment is conducted by the City of Seattle, and is also not guaranteed once applying. Any associated fees are also paid through the City of Seattle. For more information about SPP, please see the link below.

2. Registration Fee and Immunization
There is an non-refundable​ annual enrollment fee for our School Age Before & After Care programs of $150 dollars. All students enrolling in our program must have a completed registration and immunization form, please find the forms below.
3. Payment & Childcare Subsidies
ALL Families are required to fill out a Childcare Agreement Form prior to enrollment

4. Welcome to Creative Kids!
Virtual Classroom Tours are in the process of being built. Be on the lookout for updates coming soon!
5. Review Our Policies and Procedures
Once you have decided Creative Kids Learning Center is the program that fits your needs, please read our parent handbook regarding all policies and procedures. A contract stating that you have read all terms and conditions will be required for you to sign upon your child's enrollment within our program.
The Family Handbook will be sent via email or provided in person as a hard copy.
