Ms. Gloria

I graduated from University of Washington with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education Family Studies, in 2013. My concentration and my passion is supporting dual language learners in early language and literacy development.

I have been working with school age children and in the early childhood field for over 10 years. I have worked in the field as a classroom volunteer, an asst. teacher, a lead teacher, and a program supervisor. My team and I have received program quality assessment scores (PQA), youth program quality assessment scores (YPQA) and Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) that are among the highest in the state of Washington.

I love working with children, traveling, learning MSL, and spending time with my family and friends. I speak Spanish and English fluently and I am in the process of learning Mexican Sign Language.
